+What is the route from Delhi?

By Road : The drive from New Delhi to Sukoon Villa takes approximately 10 hours. You can alternatively halt at Haldwani, followed by a 04 hours drive to the property. By Rail : You can take a direct train from Delhi to Kathgodam followed by a 05 hours drive to the property. By Air : Pantnagar Airport is located in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand, which is 5.5 hours drive from the property. There is a direct flight that operates from Delhi to Pantnagar.

+Do you have Wi-fi?

We have wi-fi connection at the property. However, the network fluctuates due to the remote location.

+Can I bring my pet?

We love animals and have two young pets at the villa. However, we are currently unable to host additional pets.

+Can I play music in my room?

Soft music is welcome in the rooms. However, we encourage maintaining the serene environment of Sukoon Villa by refraining from playing loud music

+Is extra bedding available?

All our rooms can accommodate an extra bed. We provide additional bedding at an extra cost. Please inform us in advance if you need this arrangement.

+Do you have medical supplies on site?

Yes, we keep a stock of general medicines for fever, pain relief, and headaches. A first aid kit equipped with sterilized cotton, crepe bandages, and sprays is also available for emergencies.

+What are the dining options at Sukoon?

We serve both vegetarian and non vegetarian food.

+What about encountering wildlife?

As we are located in a forest area, it is possible to encounter bugs if house windows are left open. We recommend keeping them closed or screened to enjoy the natural setting without any disturbances.

+Do you have accommodation for drivers?

The guest may book a separate lodge for drivers and support staff closeby to the property.

+Can we place an extra bed?

All our lodges and cottage can accommodate an extra bed. Yes, we do provide extra bedding at an additional cost.

+How is the mobile connectivity at the property?

BSNL and Jio mobile networks work best at the property but other networks are also reasonably good.

+Is there a fan or air-conditioning in the rooms?

All the rooms have ACs in Sukoon Villa. Extra floor fans are also available, just in case, AC is not working. Given the location, generally these electronics are not used.

+Are there heaters in the rooms?

Yes, we do have electronic heaters in all the rooms. Our ACs also are enabled as heaters.

+Do you have an electric kettle in the room?

Yes

+Can we use a hair dryer and electric shaver?

Yes

+Do you have all day hot water supply?

Yes

+How often is the bedroom linen changed?

As a sustainable and environment friendly practice, we change the linen once in 3 days. However, we will be happy to change it upon request.

+Is there a spa at the Sukoon?

We do not have a spa at the premises.
